Wendy discovered Pilates after sustaining a shoulder dislocation injury in 1998 and found it to be tremendously helpful in rehabilitating her shoulder and back. In 2000, Wendy was certified in the 5 classic levels of New York style Pilates at A Body Prepared! in Los Angeles. She went on to study with master teachers Jillian Hessel and Kathy Corey and now teaches a blend of East and West coast styles of Pilates. As a former dancer, yoga practitioner and teacher, Wendy believes strongly in developing the mind/body connection and tailors every session to the individual needs of each client.
